8. Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation
• Organized attempts to abuse the bonus system
• Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to platform software

• Opening or operating an account under a false identity
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts

9. Account Closure & Suspension

oktk11 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete registration information
• KYC verification failure or refusal
• Suspicious or unusual betting activity
• Long-term Inactive Accounts (over 12 months)

Users may also voluntarily close their own account. In that case, all bonuses will be cancelled, though any remaining real-money balance may be withdrawn (subject to applicable conditions). Under Responsible Gaming, a self-exclusion request can be used to lock the account for a specified period.

10. Limitation of Liability
